Springhill Medical Plaza

As construction superintendent for Baldwin & Shell of Arkansas, William Smith was responsible for daily project supervision of the Springhill Medical Plaza building in North Little Rock. After the completion of the outer shell of this building, Smith became superintendent for the renovation of the Familiy Life Center at St. Mark Baptist Church in Little Rock.
