As superintendent for Baldwin & Shell for the $62 million construction of Baptist Memorial Hospital in North Little Rock, AR, William Smith brought the project to completion on time and under budget with a three-year timeline. This project coincided with $9 million construction of the Springhill Medical Plaza at the Baptist Memorial campus and a $1 million renovation of the Family Life Center at St. Mark Baptist Church, Little Rock, AR.
